My name is Ann Marie O’Dell. I live in a tiny prairie town in Gothic Iowa. As an Indigo child I was constantly distracted by the energy of other children, houses, trees,. and animals in a way I call “Additional Dimension Disorder”. Those very words abbreviated are A.D.D. It wasn’t until 1970 that I started channeling Tarot in a tie died wedding dress at Art Fairs and Coffee Houses. Because people like me were rare back then, I often found myself tortured by those who refused to see my kindness and love of people; only the stereotype of “evil” connected to Psychics. To please them I distanced from my gift. Eventually I felt it was ridiculous to pretend I was anything but myself. Donning velvet and a suitcase of Angel Sculptures, exotic table cloths, a tape recorder and flowers I strove to make reading “classy” and a novel experience.
Annie’s Metaphysical Prairie Tea House
In 2004 I purchased my Metaphysical Tea House studio and with a shovel, garden seed and the investment of an Angel Sculpture weighing over 500 pounds, I created “Maries Safe Haven.” The Angel flew in on a Boom Truck and perched on a 3 tier flower bed. She is my “Guest Greeter”. As an avid Feng Shui Gardener, I collect Artistic Spiritual Sculptures and surround my Studio with harmonious plant life and paths. Beautiful Butterflies have migrated into my gardens and each Autumn they come back like geese. Children’s Gardens, a Ceremonial flower covered tepee and 15 ft Wolf Tree carving all are a part of my Studio.

In 1998 I started sharing my gift on Phone Readings. Suddenly being Psychic was cool and every television was advertising a Psychic Line Reader. Where did they all come from? Few of the readers had the experience I had. To continue to advance in my gift I certified in Tarot Reading, which I had already been channeling since 1970 as well as took a coarse amd certified on Transpersonal Hypnotherapy. I found that Hypnotherapy trained in voice, choice of words and vocal rhythm in wonderful ways that relaxed my clients. It is very important to relax to have a rewarding reading. My down home Prairie simplicity is very comforting.
AS AN INDIGO I FEEL THE VIBRATION, RHYTHM & HEART OF MUSIC
Since 14 yrs old I have been playing many instruments by ear without any lessons. Like intuitive Reading, playing music, as well as writing, are much easier for me then driving a car. I would rather channel an audience then a busy freeway congested with cars and signs and directions any day. It is my worst nightmare to do the simple things that so many clients find easy to do. If you observe you will notice many gifted intuitives and energy workers are overwhelmed by congested environments. “Additional Dimension Disorder” makes creativity and intuitive work second nature.
